Based in Wigan, Lancashire - Hi my name is Karen and I have been dog grooming now for over 18 years. I have a great love of all animals, have been a dog owner virtually all of my life. Our shop premises are modern, open plan, insured and licenced, located locally to Wigan town centre. We want your pet to enjoy their visit with us so our aim is to ensure our working environment is friendly, professional and sanitised for good health.
My Qualifications - I am fully qualified to groom dogs of all sizes and breeds. I have two grooming diplomas as well as an animal care and first aid certificate. My business is fully insured, so you can be certain your pet is in good hands. I visit dog shows and dog grooming presentations regularly which ensures I keep on top of all new grooming techniques as well as being fully skilled at tried and tested..
My Career - As well as my 18 years in the business, I have also attended classes and courses in the North West, using my experience and skills to assess, monitor and teach other dog groomers. I spent five years working at a local vetinary centre, gaining knowledge of amongst other things, animal ailments including skin conditions, allergies and medicines. I first started my business as a mobile dog groomer but as the business grew so did the needs of my customers. Which is why I have now invested in shop premises. I have regular customers that have been with me since my business began. Some may still even refer to my previous business name. 'Karens Dog Grooming' .
Products We Use - Our moto is simple; "we only use products that are good enough for our own dogs. If we don't believe in it, we don't buy it". We are the only dog groomers in the Wigan area that wash and condition your pets with 'ORGANIC bio-restoring grooming therapies.' As well as Aloe Vera. Both these range of products are available to buy from our shop.

Thats where we come in. We can doggy sit for as little as £15 per day. Your pet can stay with us in our fully insured premises. Toys galore, plenty running room. Lots of attention! What more can a dog ask!
